I have created many recipes over the years, and I will say they were yummy, but they came from a place of restriction and deprivation. I spent so many years not eating this or that that I wanted to start sharing new recipes from a place of pure love for food and not restriction. This is my first recipe from that mind-set.
1 English cucumber, sliced or diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion salt (I used Trader Joe’s brand)
1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh dill
1/8 tsp salt
Place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Enjoy!
